Frequently asked questions
Does the ₹8 fee include a delivery agent?
No. Geophrase is software for businesses with their own delivery team. The rider app is included.
When is the ₹8 fee charged?
₹8 is charged when the delivery agent starts the delivery. Adding, importing, editing, or assigning an order does not trigger the charge.
What triggers the ₹2 address-capture fee?
For store-link orders, ₹2 is charged when you confirm the request. For website or app integrations, ₹2 is charged when a captured address is submitted.
Do I pay for rejected store-link requests?
No. You can review a request before confirming it. Rejected requests are free.
Do courier partners need a Geophrase integration?
No. The customer address can include a short gphr.in link to the exact map location, so your existing courier workflow can continue without courier-side integration.
Any monthly or rider fees?
No monthly subscription, per-rider charges or monthly delivery quotas. Add or replace riders any time, at no extra cost. Pay ₹8 when a delivery starts. Optional GPS address capture costs extra.
How do wallet top-ups work?
Geophrase uses a prepaid wallet. Top up through Razorpay using UPI, cards, or net banking. Wallet top-ups are non-refundable.
