Proof of delivery software
Proof of delivery for every order, without chasing delivery riders
Ask customers for a delivery OTP at every handover, so when someone asks about an order, you can show when and where it was delivered.
₹8 when your rider starts the delivery. Up to 3 attempts included. No monthly subscriptions.
What is proof of delivery?
Proof of delivery (POD) is a record that an order reached the right person: who received it, when and where. Today it is usually digital: a one-time password (OTP) the customer gives the delivery rider, a photo at the door, and the time and location of the handover. Most online shoppers in India already share a delivery OTP, so customers know what to do.
At the doorstep
Confirm every handover at the door
When a delivery starts, the customer gets an OTP by SMS, and your delivery rider enters it at the door to mark the order delivered. If a customer cannot share the OTP, your store can let the rider take a geo-tagged photo of a signed delivery slip or invoice instead.

Customers get the OTP automatically
The SMS also includes the rider’s phone number, so customers call the rider, not your shop.
Photo proof when the OTP can’t be shared
If your store allows it, the rider takes a photo of a signed delivery slip or invoice instead, for example when the customer cannot check their phone.
Every attempt is on record
Each attempt shows the date, time and rider’s location, and failed ones show the rider’s reason.
In your dashboard
Check any order’s proof in seconds
Each order keeps its proof. Open it to see how the handover was confirmed, when it happened and where the rider marked it.

Clear answers for every customer
Each delivery’s OTP confirmation or photo is on record, so order questions get a quick answer.
Know about failed deliveries right away
You get an SMS and email as soon as a delivery fails, not hours later when the rider returns.
Stop calling riders for updates
Order statuses change as riders work, so your team can check instead of phoning.
What proof of delivery software changes for you
Fewer arguments, less paperwork and the same check at every door, whichever rider is on duty.
Fewer delivery complaints
Customers confirm with their OTP, so there’s little room for doubt, and the time and location are on record.
Same check at every door
Every rider follows the handover rules you set, from the newest joiner to your longest-serving rider.
No paperwork to collect
The proof is saved on the order as soon as the rider confirms it, so there’s nothing to sort or store later.
Fair pay-per-delivery pricing
Included in every ₹8 delivery
OTP SMS, photo proof and location records are included. Pay ₹8 only when your rider starts a delivery, with up to three attempts included and no monthly or per-rider fee.
Proof of delivery questions
About proof of delivery
If a courier delivers for you, ask the courier for the proof of delivery on the shipment. If your own riders deliver, record it at the door: a signed form, or an app that asks the customer for an OTP and records the time and location.
Yes. POD is the common short form of proof of delivery, used on shipping documents and in tracking updates.
It means the delivery was completed and the carrier recorded proof, such as the recipient's name, a signature, an OTP or a photo.
It depends on how you deliver. If your business uses its own riders, look for customer OTP confirmation, photo proof when the OTP can’t be shared, time and location on every attempt, alerts when a delivery fails, and pricing that suits your volume. Geophrase covers these for ₹8 per delivery with no monthly fee.
Proof of delivery in Geophrase
The OTP stays the main way to confirm a delivery, but your store can allow riders to take a photo of a signed delivery slip or invoice in the Geophrase app instead. The photo is stamped with the time and GPS location, and riders can add an optional note.
No. Customers receive the delivery OTP by SMS and share it with the rider at the door. Only your delivery riders or delivery staff use the Geophrase app.
Yes. The OTP SMS, photo proof and location records are part of the ₹8 charged when your rider starts a delivery, with up to three attempts included. There is no monthly or per-rider fee.
