No. You can assign deliveries individually or in bulk, or let riders claim them by scanning parcel QR codes. Download and print the labels from your dashboard. Turn off rider self-assignment in settings if only managers should assign deliveries.
Yes. Imported and individually added deliveries can use route planning when their addresses can be located on the map. Riders can still read the written address for deliveries that cannot be mapped.
